    DESIGNATED MANAGING BROKER

Ethan Keyser is a lifelong resident of Wayne County, IL, with strong ties to the local agricultural community. After earning his degree in Agricultural Education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, Ethan dedicated six years to teaching Agriculture at West Richland and Flora High Schools. His passion for community and education then led him to a role as a Business Development Officer at a local bank, where he gained invaluable experience in banking and finance.

  • Todd Burroughs

    BROKER

Hey, my name is Todd Burroughs. I grew up in the Orchardville-Cisne area but now reside in Marion County. My wife Caitlin and I operate a farm where we raise Angus and Angus-Simmental cross cattle and our three children: Cayley, Wyatt, and Sadie. I have deep roots in this area and my family has been farming in Iuka since 1869.  I also attended Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and obtained a degree in Social Science Education and am currently employed at Cisne High School.

Over the past 10 years I have made inroads into remodeling, renovating, and construction. Through these endeavors I have gained extensive knowledge of home anatomy and design. Real Estate has developed into a passion of mine and I hope to build upon this passion by helping others do the same. Whether you’re looking for a home, an investment property, or land, I will do everything I can to help you achieve your goal!
